Javier Hinojosa

Javier received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Pan American in 1995 with minor studies in Communication Disorders and Biology. He has directed South Texas Community Living and Texas HCS , Inc. in the Rio Grande Valley since 2006. Prior to 2006, Javier has served individuals with intellectual disabilities as a QIDP and HCS Case Manager.
